			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Majoritatea persoanelor acuza mai devreme sau mai tarziu dureri musculare. Fie ca sunt puternice, fie ca sunt usor de suportat, acestea determina acumulare de tensiune la nivel muscular ce produce disconfort. Asa-numitele contracturi musculare pot aparea datorita unui efort care suprasolicita zona respectiva: un antrenament sportiv, caratul unui bagaj sau a unei greutati, o intindere musculara, pozitia prelungita la birou, pozitia vicioasa. La persoanele sedentare o miscare ce nu este neaparat resimtita ca fiind solicitanta poate duce la aparitia contracturilor musculare, deorece rezistenta si forta musculara sunt scazute.<br />
<em>Cum le tratam?</em><br />
Primul pas este incetarea efortului ce a dus la aparitia durerii musculare. Sub nicio forma nu trebuie continuata activitatea, deorece putem suprasolicita zona si sa producem leziuni puternice. Urmatorul pas este repausul. In functie de zona dureroasa, trebuie adoptata o pozitie ce relaxeaza musculatura sau amelioreaza durerea prezenta. In cazul in care durerea persista pentru o perioada mai lunga de timp, vizita la medic (inital medicul de familie, iar acesta va poate indruma catre un medic specialist, daca este cazul) este necesara. Poate fi o usoara inflamatie musculara, ce se amelioreaza cu repaus si eventual medicamente antiinflamatorii, dar care netratata, in timp duce la modificari ale structurii musculare si sensibilizarea zonei. Aceste mici suprasolicitari musculare duc la apartia contracturii musculare permanente, ce da senzatii de durere si oboseala frecvent.<br />
Daca durerea este persistenta, procedurile de <strong>fizioterapie</strong> (electroterapie, ultrasunete) sunt o solutie ce trebuie urmata. Efectele fizioterapiei sunt de ameliorare a durerii prin scaderea inflamatiei locale, imbunatatirea circulatiei, relaxare musculara. Se pot combina sedintele de fizioterapie cu sedinte de <strong>masaj terapeutic</strong> pentru un efect mai rapid. </p>

 Vorbim de activitate fizica organizata (specifica varstei, sub supravegherea specialistului, adaptata organismului fiecaruia) deoarece activitatile zilnice care implica un oarecare efort (raportandu-ne la faptul ca ducem o viata sedentara), nu reprezinta baza conditiei fizice. Sunt persoane care considera ca au facut “miscare” daca au mers o data pe jos, lasand masina acasa sau au petrecut un sfarsit de saptamana facand curatenie prin casa. Conditia fizica nu se imbunatateste prin aceste mijloace ci din contra, in cazul unor miscari gresite si suprasolicitante putem afecta organismul.<br />
Activitatea fizica mareste longevitatea si protejeaza organismul de bolile cronice. Amelioreaza activitatea cardio-vasculara, diabetul si combate obezitatea. Starile depresive sunt ameliorate daca persoanele suferinde isi imbunatatesc conditia fizica. </p>

Iata o intrebare pe care multi dintre noi ne-o punem din ce in ce mai frecvent.<br />
Pozitia asezat pe scaun este solicitanta pentru coloana lombara? Raspunsul este da.<br />
In acest caz, greutatea capului, a trunchiului si a membrelor superioare este preluata de vertebre si aceasta cu atat mai mult cu cat coboram de-a lungul coloanei vertebrale.<br />
Mentinerea indelungata a unei pozitii duce la oboseala muculara, apoi ligamentara. Ca urmare a obselii apar contracturile musculare insotite de dureri in zona respectiva. Durerea poate fi difuza sau localizata, trecatoare sau permanenta, si poarta denumirea de lombalgie.<br />
Sunt de evitat pozitiile cifozate, cu bazinul rasturnat inapoi, ce preseaza discurile vertebrale anterior si intind muschii posteriori si tendoanele, pozitie care cu timpul devine obositoare si chiar dureroase din cauza unei slabe irigatii sanguine.<br />

<p>Ce trebuie sa facem sa evitam durerile lombare?<br />
-	sa respectam indicatiile referitoare la pozitia corecta la birou;<br />
-	sa intercalam pauze de 5-10 min la fiecare 1-2h de stat in pozitia asezat;<br />
-	in timpul pauzelor facem mici plimbari sau cateva exercitii de mobilizare a coloanei vertebrale. </p>

Deoarece nu reusim sa ajungem pentru un intreg tratament la salinele naturale, o solutie salvatoare este salina artificiala. Nu de foarte mult timp s-au deschis cateva saline artificiale in Bucuresti. De cele mai multe ori apare dupa statul pe scaun o perioada mai lunga de timp sau la ridicarea de pe acesta. Durerea poate fi strict localizata pe zona lombara sau chiar sa iradieze catre zona fesiera sau coapsa. Nu stim cauza dar ce facem pana o aflam? Care sunt pasii de urmat?<br />
In primul rand, trebuie adoptata o pozitie confortabila pentru coloana vertebrala<strong>. De preferat, instins pe spate, cu genunchii indoiti si talpile pe sol.</strong> Mentinerea pozitiei intre 5-10 minute este obligatorie, apoi usor se duc genunchii catre lateral pentru a ne ridica treptat. Daca durerea a incetat, este important sa facem usoare plimbari prin spatiul in care ne aflam minim 5 minute.<br />
<em>De evitat:</em><br />
-	asezarea pe scaun imediat cum resimtim durerea (doar daca ne aflam in mijloace de transport) ;  ideal este sa ne asezam pe pat sau daca nu avem in zona in care ne aflam, pe sol, in pozitia mentionata mai sus;<br />
-	aplecarile in fata sau statul in picioare;<br />
-	orice timp de miscare, repausul este esential, chiar daca avem impresia ca miscare “ne dezmorteste”;<br />
Daca durerile au incetat, ne putem relua activitatea curenta, dar cu mentiunea sa schimbam pozitia la maxim 30 min (evitam statul picior peste picior, trebuie sa ne ridicam si sa facem cativa pasi).<br />
In cazul in care nu ne aflam la primul episod de acest fel, trebuie sa mergem sa consultam un <strong>medic specialist </strong>(ortoped sau reumatolog). Dupa examinarea clinica, acesta decide ce pasi sunt de urmat: radiografie sau RMN. </p>

Fiind vorba de o leziune a cartilajului articular, radiografia poate fi definitorie in stabilirea diagnosticului, dar un rmn ofera mai multe informatii, atat legate de cartilaj, cat si intraarticulare.<br />
 Odata diagnosticul stabilit, se recomanda ameliorarea durerilor si a degradarii cartilajului articular prin proceduri de fizioterapie si apoi progam specific de kinetoterapie. Fizioterapie este indicat sa se faca de doua ori pe an. <strong>Kinetoterapia</strong> (gimnastica medicala) constand in exercitii specifice stadiului si afectiunii propriu-zise, trebuie sa se faca la recomandarea specialistului.  </p>

Fiecare om este diferit si factorii de mediu il influenteaza mult in ceea ce priveste starea de sanatate si de aici procesul de senescenta. Trebuie sa punem accentul si pe zestrea genetica, dar de ce uitam de <strong>activitatea fizica</strong>?<br />
Lipsa de miscare accentueaza procesele de atrofie musculara, scade mobilitatea articulara, scade <strong>rezistenta organismului</strong>. Este foarte important sa prevenim aparitia acestor elemente negative adoptand pe tot parcursului vietii, nu numai dupa o anumita varsta, un regim de viata sanatos atat alimentar, cat si bazat pe activitate fizica. Intotdeauna trebuie sa tinem cont de specificitatea varstei si conditia fizica momentana.<br />
 Ce se intampla in timp cu organismul nostru?<br />
-	apare o usoara scadere in inaltime, iar oasele isi pierd din rezistenta si tind sa se fractureze usor;<br />
-	muschii isi pierd din volum si astfel se atrofiaza, devenind mai putin elastici si rezistenti;<br />
-	<strong>postura corporala </strong>de modifica in totalitate ca urmare a celor spune mai sus, forma fizica scazand treptat;<br />
-	aparatul cardio-vascular se adapteaza din ce in ce mai greu la efort;<br />
-	<strong>activitatea cerebrala </strong>se desfasoara din ce in ce mai lent, apar tulburari de dispozitie, stari de melancolie, oboseala accentuata, nervozitate.<br />
Cele mai castigate sunt persoanele care imbina judicious munca intelectuala cu cea fizica. Ele sunt ferite atat de problemele fizice care apar odata cu inaintarea in varsta, cat si de cele psihice ce se accentueaza in timp.<br />
Nu trebuie sa fii descurajat daca nu ai inceput sa practici o activitate sportiva din copilarie sau tinerete, oricand poti pregati organismul pentru acest lucru. Este important sa incepi cu activitati specifice varstei si astfel organismul treptat se adapteaza. Efectele se simt inca de la inceput, manifestandu-se prin buna dispozitie si apoi prin cresterea rezistentei la efort. Astfel se observa efecte pozitive la toate nivelele. </p>

La gradinita sunt o multime de optionale, care mai de care mai atractive. Cum stiu ce sa aleg?<br />
 Voi expune in randurile urmatoare cateva aptitudini dezvoltate de anumite ramuri sportive: </p>
<p><strong>Inotul:</strong><br />
-	ii ajuta pe copii sa depaseasca momentele critice;<br />
-	le dezvolta armonios muschii;<br />
-	ii invata sa respire corect;<br />
-	le stimuleaza cresterea;<br />
-	le dezvolta viteza, rezistenta;<br />
-	dezvoltă trăsături pozitive de caracter precum: hotărârea, curajul, perseverenţa, răbdarea, dorinţa de a învinge dificultăţile;<br />
-	influenţă pozitivă a înotului constă în îmbunătăţirea coordonării motrice şi în dezvoltarea unui simţ al ritmului;</p>
<p><strong>Baletul:</strong><br />
-	este un sport ce se bazeaza pe eleganta miscarilor, dezvoltarea armonioasa a corpului;<br />
-	ofera posibilitatea copiilor sa-si dezvolte increderea in sine;<br />
-	beneficiind de muzica in timpul lectiilor, le dezvolta cultura muzicala;</p>
<p><strong>Baschetul:</strong><br />
-	baschetul imbina finetea, precizia si indemanarea creandu-se astfel o atmosfera atractiva pentru cei mici;<br />
-	dezvolta: inteligenta, creativitate, spontaneitate, stabilitate emotionala, atentia distributiva, capacitatea de analiza si decizie rapida.<br />
-	prinderea mingii, pasarea sau alergarea printre jaloane se reflecta in dezvoltarea fizica si psihica a jucatorilor si nu-i lasa sa se plictiseasca nicio secunda;<br />
-	ii ajuta sa creasca armonios si sa se integreze mult mai usor in societate, fiind un sport colectiv.</p>
<p><strong>Artele martiale:</strong><br />
-	cultiva spiritul dreptatii, nonviolentei, modestiei;<br />
-	il disciplineaza pe copii si-i face sa devina mai siguri pe ei;</p>
<p><strong>Tenisul de camp:</strong><br />
-	le dezvolta capacitate de concentrare a atentiei, rezistenta la stres si oboseala psihica, gandire operationala, concreta, perseverenta, darzenie, capacitate mare de a analiza situatiile neprevazute; </p>
<p><strong>Tenisul de masa:</strong><br />
-	ii ajuta in dezvoltarea unei capacitati de concentrare, spiritului  de anticipatie, indemanarii, vointei, mobilitatii gandirii, rezistentei la stres si frustrare; </p>
<p><strong>Volei:</strong><br />
-	le dezvolta copiilor indemanarea, forta, rezistenta;<br />
-	este un joc de echipa, deci ii ajuta sa se integreze, sa se ajute reciproc, sa-si doreasca obtinerea unei victorii comune. </p>
<p><strong>Handbal:</strong><br />
-	in acest sport se pune accentul pe capacitatea de concentrare a atentiei, rezistenta la oboseala psihica, perseveranta, darzenie, simt de anticipatie, capacitatea de decizie rapida, integrarea psiho-sociala in echipa, indemanare, spirit de initiativa.</p>
<p><strong>Gimnastica:</strong><br />
-	antreneaza grupe musculare intr-o varietate de miscari;<br />
-	copiilor li se dezvolta curajul, memoria motrica, echilibrul, rezistenta la stres, coordonarea vizual-motrica, simtul  ritmului, perseverenta, indemanarea;<br />
-	mobilitate articulara, elasticitate musculara sunt foarte bine conturate.</p>
<p><strong>Fotbal:</strong><br />
-	rezistenta la stres, atentia distributiva, capacitatea de adaptare la mediu sunt unele dintre punctele cheie ale acestui sport;<br />
-	copiii vor dezvolta coordonare, concentrare, capacitate de autocontrol, echilibru comportamental, perseverenta, combativitate, raspunsuri adaptative la situatii conflictuale.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>De cele mai multe ori durerile de la nivelul genunchilor apar ca urmare a unui efort. Se resimt la inceput ca un disconfort si cu cat continuam activitatea, cu atat devin mai acute. Daca durerea nu este secundara unui traumatism (luxatie, entorsa), primul pas pentru ameliorarea durerii este incetarea efortului respectiv si mentinerea unui <strong>repaus articular</strong>. </p>
<p>In cazul unui <strong>traumatism</strong> (accidentare la schi, la fotbal sau o miscare anormala in articulatia genunchiului), ce determina durere mare insotita de edem si tumefierea (inrosirea) zonei, trebuie consulatat un medic specialist. Primul drum va fi catre un <strong>ortoped</strong> si de acolo se decide ce faceti mai departe. Va va recomanda sa faceti o radiografie, pentru a constata daca exista sau nu o fractura si sa stabileasca diagnosticul corect.</p>
<p>In cazul in care durerile persista o perioada mai lunga de timp, un RMN este  necesar pentru a vizualiza toate elementele intraarticulare: ligamente, meniscuri, cartilaj. </p>
